На «животе» расположено несколько гладких тефлоновых наклеек для плавного перемещения мышки по поверхности. Также на нижней части корпуса находится физическая кнопка, меняющая пять стандартных уровней чувствительности по нажатию. При настройке меняется цвет колёсика: 400 CPI — фиолетовый, 800 — голубой, 1200 — зелёный, 2400 — жёлтый, 3200 — красный. Если зажать эту же клавишу, можно выбрать один из четырёх вариантов частоты опроса: 125 Гц — голубой, 250 Гц — зелёный, 500 Гц — жёлтый, 1000 Гц — красный.

Мышка работает стабильно и быстро, флагманская игровая мышь доказывает свою цену и назначение. Характеристики впечатляющие: топовый сенсор TrueMove Air, оптические магнитные переключатели Prestige OM выдерживают до 100 млн кликов, беспроводное подключение Quantum 2.0 Wireless работает без задержек. Кнопки срабатывают чётко, реакция сенсора быстрая и точная.

На одной зарядке мышка держится до 100 часов, поддерживается быстрая зарядка. Мышка заряжается через порт USB Type-C, разъём утоплен в корпусе, но проблем с подключением кабеля не было. Я пробовал и комплектный, и несколько других подходящих по типу проводов в студии, всё было в порядке.

На всякий случай отмечу, что мышка без Bluetooth!

• Sources. We may collect certain categories of CA Personal Information from you and your device(s) via your interaction with us or your use of our Website and Services as described in Section 3 (Personal Data) and Section 4 (Cookies and Other Forms of Data Collection) above.
• Purposes. We collect CA Personal Information for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 3 (Personal Data) and Section 4 (Cookies and Other Forms of Data Collection) above. We also share and/or disclose your CA Personal Information as follows:
  • Sharing your CA Personal Information for business purposes: As described in Section 3 (Personal Data) above, we may share the categories of your CA Personal Information listed above with third-party vendors and service providers and public or government authorities for our business purposes. Examples of business purposes include fulfilling orders, administrating access to user accounts, facilitating communications between users and our support teams and legal compliance.

DEFINITIONS

Практика

Мы опробовали данную мышку в ряде разнообразных игр: Escape from Tarkov, CS:GO, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord, StarCraft II, Osu!, StarBase, Path of Exile.

Устройство обладает уникальной поверхностью, которая хорошо чувствуется ладонью. Грани от отверстий были сглажены, так что общие тактильные ощущения положительные. Размер манипулятора небольшой, форма немного вытянутая, что позволяет буквально полностью накрыть мышку ладонью и точно управлять перемещением курсора. Главное преимущество устройства это его сниженная масса, в среднем на 30 г меньше конкурентов. На практике разница в массе выражается в снижении силы трения при перемещении по коврику при сохранении абсолютного контроля за курсором. В результате вам будет проще делать резкие движения в играх и быстрее целиться в головы  противников, но на практике сначала потребуется привыкнуть к манипулятору.

Мы всегда играли в режиме подключения по радиоканалу 2,4 ГГц и ответственно можем заявить, что обещанные 80 часов автономной работы без перерывов – это правда и это несомненно большой плюс, так как редкая зарядка беспроводного устройства раз в 10 дней (если играть или работать по 8 часов в день) очень даже приятно.

Подсветка яркая и выразительная, но почти полностью скрывается под ладонью. Впрочем, когда манипулятор не используется подсветка создает атмосферу, для чего она и реализована.

Удобное стильное фирменно ПО SteelSeries GG, которое само ставится при первом подключении к ПК, не может не привлекать, хотя нас немного смущает решение производителя встроить в приложение компоненты, напрямую не связанные с настройкой и управлением устройствами, например аналог ShadowPlay.

Зарядка аккумулятора осуществляется через порт во фронтальной части манипулятора посредством комплектного кабеля. При подключении кабеля для зарядки сразу ощущается, как масса устройства изменилась, увеличившись примерно на 20%. Играть можно, но опять же требуется время на привыкание.

В общем случае мышка не вызывает никаких негативных впечатлений: скользит хорошо, кнопки нажимаются без проблем, сенсор регистрирует перемещение без видимых погрешностей, подсветка яркая, хоть и не заметная, корпус пачкается не сильно.

Дизайн

Aerox 3 Wireless обладает выдающимся практичным дизайном, где основной упор сделан на максимальном облегчении мышки. Такая форма, размер и вес идеально подходят для игр с низкими настройками DPI сенсора, так как это позволяет достаточно точно и быстро перемещать курсор мышки. Такое движение называется «флик» (Flick – щелчок) и оно применяется когда несколько противников одновременно (или почти одновременно) выходят на вас с разных сторон, в пределах одного игрового экрана, а единственный шанс на победу это точно нанести два выстрела по двум головам.

Кнопки и колёсико

Корпус по меркам класса игровых мышек выглядит просто и минималистично: две крупные кнопки с громким кликом, две небольшие клавиши на левом боку. Зато подсвечивается колёсико — таким образом можно настроить оформление под свой стиль игрового компьютера, разнообразие никогда не повредит.

У колёсика упругий ход: свободная прокрутка исключена, листать длинные списки может быть даже утомительно. Зато клик чёткий, ход прогнозируемый и точный. Если психануть и вдарить от души мышкой об стол, то кнопки не отвалятся да и случайных кликов не будет. Вандализм разумной степени она выдерживает.

Корпус полностью выполнен из матового пластика, он не пачкается и быстро очищается. Пластик с едва ощутимой текстурой — на фотографиях может казаться гладким.

Фирменное ПО SteelSeries GG

При первом подключении устройства к компьютеру автоматически запустится установщик фирменного ПО. Все что необходимо, так это подключение к интернету.

После установки приложения следует установка свежего драйвера. После всех приготовлений, вам предложат авторизоваться или зарегистрировать новую учетную запись.Затем, вам открывается сразу весь спектр возможностей по настройке подсветки, разрешения сенсора, количество профилей и т.д.

Из главного стоит отметить, что приложение выполняет сразу несколько функций. Первая, очевидно, настройка подключенных фирменных устройств, второе это быстрая запись внутри-игровых моментов, идентичная по смыслу и действию с Nvidia Experience, третье это подключение разного рода синхронизаций подсветки с приложениями и играми. В масштабах одной мышки такого рода вещи мало-заметны, но если собрать целый комплект устройств Steelseries, то выглядеть будет точно завораживающе.

В фирменном ПО предусмотрено четыре раздела: Home, Moments, Engine и Giveaways. Также есть отдельный раздел «Настройки» и опция «Оставить отзыв». В разделе Home расположена всякого рода реклама других устройств, новости обновлений, опросники и статьи на игровую тематику.

В разделе Moments хранятся записанные моменты из игр. Когда вы сидите в браузере или другом приложении, запись не ведется.

В разделе Engine находится список всех фирменных поддерживаемых подключенных устройств. На против каждого, в правой части, можно выбрать свой профиль, если он был создан до этого. Для настройки устройства необходимо нажать по его фоновой строчки.

COOKIES AND OTHER FORMS OF DATA COLLECTION

4.1 Consent

SteelSeries uses cookies on the Website. Whenever you visit and interact with our Website, you accept that we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.

SteelSeries also receives and stores the following information automatically when you interact with our Services:

• Interaction Data. We collect interaction data to help us improve our products and Services. This type of data is meant to inform us of how users are using our Services. It may include but not be limited to information about which screens within the user interface are being interacted with and which features are being used while the Services are running.

The application ID is a random unique number that we generate on install. We can’t identify any user simply by this number: it simply lets us know that each installation is unique.
• Crash Reports and Error Logs. To help identify issues that our users may be experiencing, we will send details about application crashes, firmware or driver upgrade failures, and other error reports. Crash reports include data on why our application or device crashed and the state of device memory and execution during the crash.

4.2 Placement and use of cookies

With the use of the Website, cookies will be stored on the media that the user uses to browse the Website. These cookies are used to give the user of the Website a better experience when browsing the Website and to collect certain information on the user to facilitate analysis of the users of the Website. 4.3 Administration of cookies

SteelSeries informs users of the Website that cookies can be removed through a user’s browser of choice. Furthermore, the possibility of storing and using cookies through a browser can be altogether blocked by changing the browser’s settings.

We do not serve third party advertisements to you while using the Website.
