[Granado Espada — North America Server Launch FAQ]

Q. What is the launch schedule like?

A. The North America Servers will kick off by opening our Founder’s servers on May 9th, 2018 offering 7 days of exclusive access to ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ purchasers. The servers will allow access to everyone (Free-to-play) exactly one week later on May 16th, 2018.

The ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ products will be available on the Steam Store from May 2nd, 2018. However, please note that you will not be able to access the servers before May 9th, 2018 even if you purchase the ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’.

Q. How do you access the Founder’s Servers?

A. Players that have purchased ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ products will be able to access the Founder’s Server from May 9th, 2018 and create their families & characters.

As mentioned before, please note that you will NOT be able to access the servers before May 9th, 2018 even if you have purchased a ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ product.

Q. What will happen to the game data from the Founder’s Server after the game transitions to Free-to-play on May 16th, 2018?

A. All data from the Exclusive Access period offered to ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ purchasers will be maintained even when the game becomes totally Free-to-Play. Players that join the game after May 16th, 2018 will be joining the existing server. In other words, the Founder’s Server will become a normal GE server allowing everyone to enjoy the game together.

Q. What is a ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ product?

A. The ‘Founder’s Pack’ is a DLC product that will be available on the Steam Store from May 2nd, 2018. Its main benefit will be ‘7 days of Exclusive Access’ which will allow you to gain a head-start. It will be available on the Steam Store in two variants; ‘Light’ & ‘Premium’.

Q. Is there anything else to know about ‘Founder’s Pack DLC’ product purchases?

A. You will only be able to purchase a maximum of one ‘Founder’s Pack’ variant per account. For instance, you will be able to purchase one Light & Premium product if you wish to do so, but you will not be able to purchase two Light products. Also, please note that NONE of the products are tradable. The ‘Exclusive Access’ authority will be automatically granted to your account if you have ownership of the product.

The North America Server Founder’s Pack DLC products can ONLY be retrieved and used on the North America Server. In other words, you CANNOT use them on the existing FERRUCCIO server.
