This information includes profile information, basic ban information, game information, Virtual Trucking Company information (VTC, more information on what a VTC is can be found here), Patreon information and event information.

3.4 Information disclosed to TruckersMP staff

We create and manage a gaming platform for SCS Software’s (from here on known as «SCS») games «Euro Truck Simulator 2» (ETS2) and «American Truck Simulator» (ATS) to let you interact with other members in a massively multiplayer online (MMO) fashion.

TruckersMP is not in any shape or form affiliated with SCS.

1.2 Changes

If there are any changes to this policy we will post them on our website. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted. Changes will not affect any information we have already collected about you. If you do not agree to our changes you will have to terminate all use of our software and contact support to deactivate your account or delete it yourself.

§5.2 — Персонал и TruckersMP

Администрация оставляет за собой право кикать или банить Вас на серверах TruckersMP в любой момент, если это необходимо. Сервера, мод и администрация предоставляются бесплатно для всех с пониманием того, что каждый является гостем и это привилегия, которая может быть отобрана в любое время. §5.3 — Апелляции и подача жалоб

Сюжет в игре такой же, как если бы вы играли одни, в одиночную кампанию. Так что ни к чему новому привыкать не придется. Игрок просто заходит в игру, выбирает один из доступных серверов и начинает играть. Причем заранее можно посмотреть параметры и свойства каждого онлайн-сервера, чтобы потом в игре не было никаких сюрпризов. Также, в игре есть много неожиданностей и того, чего не было раньше. Например, это развозка одного и того же груза вместе с друзьями. Вы работаете на одну фирму, распределяете между собой груз и везете его на склад до места назначения. При этом можно соревноваться, кто быстрее доедет до контрольной точки. Нередко на почве таких состязаний случаются многочисленные аварии и возникают прочие проблемы на дорогах. Тем более, что в игре задействован полный контроль соблюдения правил дорожного движения. То есть, когда вы пересекаете двойную сплошную или выезжаете из неположенного места, например, на перекрестке, то вам автоматически насчитывается штраф в несколько сотен евро. То же самое случается, если вы превысили скорость. Как уже было сказано выше, есть такие сервера, где за превышение скоростного режима штрафов нет. Больше скажем, там даже поощряется нарушать и разгоняться до невиданных скоростей. Так что подобные сервера пользуются огромной популярностью у лихачей и прирожденных гонщиков. Если вы являетесь таковым персонажем, тогда заходите и играйте только на таких серверах, иначе вам попросту будет скучно. We have third party measurements done to monitor the performance of our website, they gather browser information such as brand and version, as well as the operating system version, they also get your IP address. What do we use this data for?
Data gathered from Patreon is used to display the pledge information (current and past) and award the corresponding rewards.

How long do we store this data?
Data gathered from Patreon is stored as long as the Patreon account is linked. Once the user removes the link with Patreon in the settings, the data is removed.

Truckersmp.com (hereby referred to as «Main website») is the primary portal to which you register, obtain the modification, appeal a ban, report rule violations, get help from support and obtain news information from the blog. All of these components and all served from under the primary domain is covered by this.

3.1.2 Access

Access to the main website and its downloads is provided to anyone who has confirmed ownership of either SCS’ Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator. Accessing parts of the website, downloads included, without fulfilling the above is strictly prohibited.

3.1.3 Pentesting

If you find security vulnerabilities in the website you may report them to , we do not, unfortunately, offer a bug bounty. If you believe you found an issue that may damage data, do not try it, report it and we will test your theory in a safe environment. If a vulnerability is found and not reported responsibly, it will be treated as a security incident and reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.1.4 Reports and evidence provided in reports

api.truckersmp.com (hereby referred to as «API») is used by the game servers and third parties in an automatic fashion. Its primary function is to serve the game servers and the game client.

3.2.2 Access

Access to the API is provided freely within reason to third parties (just make a GET request to the endpoint you are interested in), but may be revoked should a third party cause issues that deter the quality of service to the game servers and/or the game client. Revocation of access is purely at the discretion of the TruckersMP Team, though generally, we will try to make an effort to identify the owner of the offending API consumer and contact them should it be a temporal issue.

3.2.3 Pentesting

При этом в игре онлайн есть такие персонажи, которые специально создают аварийные ситуации и перекрывают дорогу, чтобы вы не проехали к указанной точке. Точнее не успели доставить груз. Это нужно для того, чтобы выиграть время и стать лучшим водителем месяца или недели. Ведь в игре активно используется онлайн-достижения. И по истечении определенного срока времени, если вы вдруг заняли первое место, вам дадут некоторые привилегии и бонусы.
